Our policy lasts 7 days, including holidays and weekends, from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

The returned item must have all product tags attached, be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it, free from any marks.
Any items that are not received in the original condition sent will not be considered for a refund.
Sale Items and Discount Codes (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately sale item orders and orders placed using a discount code cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is delivered to us, it can take up to 2 business days to begin inspection and processing. As soon as your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically submitted to your bank account. Please note that if you received complimentary shipping on your original purchase, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your banking institution or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. It may take some time before your refund officially reflects. Please allow 2 – 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, we only offer refunds, as we cannot guarantee our stock availability.
Once you have received your refund, you are welcome to re-purchase the item, in your preferred style, size and colour (If stock is available).
To return your item, please contact us via email. We will send you a return form with the physical address of where to deliver the returned item/s. You will be held responsible for paying the costs of return shipping. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item valued at R800 or more, we strongly suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and take no responsibility for items lost during shipping returns.
